The international pharmaceutical industry is a reliable partner of the state, sharing the goals and targets set out in the Federal programs on healthcare and development of pharmaceutical and medical industries, on modern medicines provision for the population of the Russian Federation, raising their availability and affordability, as well as on introduction of innovative approaches in treatment.

As part of activities within committees and working groups AIPM prepares expert conclusions and considers issues of forming the lists of medicines (EDL, ONLS, "7 nosologies"), improving approaches to pricing, developing the system of drug reimbursement, as well as questions of quality assurance, improving public procurement procedures, etc.
