International pharmaceutical companies continue supplies of medicines to the Russian Federation

The Association of International Pharmaceutical Manufacturers confirms the principled readiness of the member companies of the Association to continue supplies of medicines for patients of the Russian Federation.

At the moment there are problems with the supply of medicines due to logistical (transport) difficulties. Every day the situation in this part changes. Companies are making every effort to promptly solve the arising logistical problems with minimal increase in the delivery time of the shipments.

The Association has organized a round-the-clock professional monitoring of the situation with the supply of medicines and is analyzing additional opportunities for diversification of supply channels. We strive to solve emerging problems in dialogue with Russian regulatory authorities to ensure that medicines reach the patients.

The Association is confident in importance of setting up priority safe corridors (green lanes) of supplies that should be properly regulated as it was done in the conditions of the first wave of the fight against COVID-19.
