Intellectual property rights

AIPM consistently advocates for strict adherence to compliance with intellectual property rights protection and considers this principle as fundamental in Association’s activities. It is the high level of protection of IP right holders that contributes to the increase in the availability of innovative therapies for the population, plays the key role in qualitative growth of the Russian pharmaceutical market and is the foundation of investment attractiveness of the industry.

As part of activities within committees and working groups AIPM prepares expert conclusions and considers issues of effective protection of rights for the results of intellectual activity and means of individualization, protection of information about the results of preclinical and clinical trials of medicines in accordance with the international obligations of the Russian Federation, etc.
